v1.0.3 - Paginated Ticker & Macro Endpoints

Ticker search, sector tickers, and macro sentiment endpoints are now paginated and return more detailed output.

Added

• /ticker/search endpoint is paginated, accepts list of sectors and gives detailed output
• /sector/{sector_id}/tickers endpoint is paginated and gives detailed output
• /macro/sentiment/V1 and /macro/sentiment/V2 outputs are paginated
